How delivery works

From order to doorstep

This catalog does not pack boxes or run a delivery service. When a button on a shelf is clicked, it opens the matching listing at a large retail partner, and from that moment the order is theirs: their checkout, their delivery options, their timelines, their tracking.

That is worth spelling out because it changes where questions go. Delivery windows and options are shown at the partner's checkout before anything is paid. Tracking lives in the account the order was placed from. If a parcel stalls, the partner's help pages are the lever that works; this catalog has no way to move a box it never touched.

One practical note specific to this product: cases are heavy for their size. A twelve-tube case or a 1728-packet case ships like the dense little brick it is, and the partner's checkout will reflect that in its options.
