How returns work
If a tube arrives wrong
Returns follow the policy of the retail partner where the order was placed, because that is who took the payment and sent the parcel. This catalog cannot accept a return, and nothing should ever be sent to it.
The route is the standard one: open the partner's help pages from the account that placed the order, find the order, and follow the return flow. Their policy sets the windows and conditions, and for a product with sterile labeling the sensible expectation is that opened items are handled more strictly than unopened ones.
What a catalog can usefully add is prevention. Most wrong-item complaints in this product's listings trace to format confusion: a screw-top arriving where a flip-top was pictured, or a single tube where a case was assumed. Checking the NDC in the listing against the number index before ordering catches nearly all of that.
